Hi Friends,
I made this lot a little while ago and then my sister let me borrow her Teen and BV today, I was so excited to install it I forgot to save all my lots without it. So I ended up adding stuff from them these EP's as well. Thanx so much for checking it out. Lots of Love.

WOW  WOW WOW WOW I absolutely LOVE the architecture in this lot! The open deck, the covered veranda or walk whatever it's called....lol You have created another Masterpiece!

When I saw the thumb, I literally said out loud "HOLY CRAP!!!". LOL! Cheryl, you're out of control!!  This is AMAZING, and so beautiful!! And I agree, the architecture of this lot is just beyond. Amazing Amazing work. You never cease to impress! a HUGE TY!!

Wow Guy's your complements really took me by surprise and made my day! Thank you so much
How this lot came about is the fact that I didn't have a red and black flashing ocean any more so I wanted a huge room really open to the sea!

I am having the same problem with the terrain flashing blue. I have tried 2 different neighbourhoods but I still have that miserable blue showing. I could probably cover over the terrain (it allows me to put tiles down) but that which would be such a shame and not to mention rather ugly.
This house is one of the most beautiful houses I have ever come across and I would LOVE to have it in my game. Please help someone!!!

I haven't had a chance to install Cheryl's gorgeous lot...but I am unfortunately familiar with the blue flashing terrains! There are many opinions as to the why. My opinion is that not all of the terrain paints packaged. That they are in the lot's "code" and are needed for the lot to display correctly, yet did not package.
If you are installing this lot into an empty download folder - try adding an additional folder which contains all of your terrain paints. Perhaps you have one or more of the missing terrain paints, in which case it will solve your problem. You will need to verify this with a fresh copy of her lot.
If this doesn't solve your problem, search mts2 and/or tsr. I know there are several threads about this problem.
Some people have said to "paint" over the terrain using a Maxis paint, I've never been successful. Other's say make a brand new neighborhood and place a fresh copy of the lot into that hood. Some say you need to update your graphic card's driver or that it is a problem with your configuration. Still other's say it is sometimes a problem when an "older" terrain paint file is used.
Cheryl is not frequently online, but I will try to email her and see if she can come up with a solution. It is a tedious process to discover the exact paints the lot is missing, especially when you have many, many tp's. But it would be a shame for this lot to not work perfectly!
I'll try to look at it this weekend and see if I might have any luck!

Good News!
My folder of most of my downloaded terrain paints, when placed inside my Download folder, makes Cheryl's lot display correctly (at least in my game!)
However, the only way I can upload my folder so that you can gain access, is to either upload in one of the upload threads (silly) or I can upload here in Cheryl's thread (overstepping my bounds, I think). But I can "pm" you with the file attached. I can't think of any other way.
In order to "pm" you, though, you've got to become a member here...I can't private message a guest  I think becoming a member is instantaneous..free...easy...all that.
So once you become a member, you can pm me and I will reply with the folder.

If the lot displays correctly for others, then I think they must already have the missing terrain paint(s) in their download folder. I keep my download folder empty when downloading lots created by others... just to keep my computer organized. So I didn't have the needed tp.

I am so very very sorry for all the problems everyone is having with this lot and I'm also so sorry for staying away so long and not knowing of this problem.
Thank you so very much Deb for trying to help and going through so much trouble for me. And I gotta tell you that you could never over step your bounds with me. TY TY TY, your the best.
I first saw this 3 days ago and for the past 3 days I worked on fixing it with all of my spare time. It drove me crazy! 
The last thing I thought of was to remove my DL folder and dl this lot with a couple other lots of mine. I always end up using just about the same paints on terrain so I knew this would narrow down my terrain paints a lot. It worked so what I did was use all the terrain paints in my folder and put them under the house! So you got a couple random paints there! I must have painted over 1 of them that's the reason for the problem.
I now have another problem with this version. The bed spreeds didn't dl for me. I always had a problem with dl objects randomly not showing up so it's not going to affect your game.

I have a question somewhat unrelated to this, well sort of because I was trying to become a member to pm Hueraisme2. Yay Cheryl!! I'm so glad you figured out the tp mystery (...which it always is when this happens) !  I don't know why the EA packager leaves out terrain paints that the lot needs to display correctly - very frustrating  I still maintain that the problem originates with using the "undo" feature and never using that particular paint on the lot... yet the lot code "needs" the particular paint.
* The bedspread recolors - they very rarely package anymore. In fact, I am finding that the only recolors that consistently package are the recolors of custom meshes.
* Elmo - I forgot, and you are right, that membership here is not instantaneous.. I will try to get someone to help you out with that activation. I believe we have some extracurricular activities happening and your activation is just an oversight!
