On this lot you will find a lot of Money Trees, Elixir of Life and Kible of Life. Whenever your sim visit this farm the Money Trees will be all filled with money, and the Elixir of Life and Kible of Life will always be full. Just make sure that your sim has a gold aspiration level or higher before visiting! The farm is pet friendly, so bring along your pets and extend their lives or just let them have fun. There are bowls for pet food, just remember to fill them up if they are not already filled. Wouldn't want your pets to starve. You could always buy the farm and start a business, just remember to hang up a Open/Closed sign, and maybe a Ticket Machine to make some money.


"Fortune Farm" is a community farm that I created for the Neighborly Sims and their participation in the 2008 TS Community Exhibition hosted by Twisted Sims and Enchanted Forest. Neighbourly Sims created a whole new neighborhood for the Sims 2 game for this exhibition, and members at the Neighborly Sims Forum created lots, sims, sim families, recoloured objects, new object meshes and HomeCrafter walls, floors and terrains to go with this neighborhood. I'm proud to say that the Neighborly Sims won the "Best Overall Exhibit" award!
