Dare I say that this is one of your smaller houses? The price probably says otherwise, but I still love it. This is a great beach house, with a lot to do! Nice designs on the exterior as well. I really like the shack out back, the deck, and those baloncies!

Awesome house! I LOVE it!

Your floorplan, as usual, is absolutely perfect! Your rooms are always proportioned just right. I have to say my favorite detail on this though is the three dormers in the back that line the upstairs hallway. They look awesome on the outside, and it's cool how inside, they look down into the first floor.
