NOTE: I only decorated one apartment. Mostly, so I could take pictures showing what an apartment COULD look like furnished. I do not know if in the change from 'residential' to 'apartmentbase' if those furnishings stayed in place or not. If they did, it was Apt. 4 that I furnished fully. Apt.'s 1-3 I left intentionally empty, save for the kitchen and bathrooms.

Love the landscaping and the decorating. Smile

As for furnishing apartments, most of it gets stripped when a playable Sim moves in from what I've heard Sad

although the guide recommends furnishing them all for when your Sim visits a NPC unit. I just saw that someone figured out that if you turn on the testingcheats, though, and shift-click on the door when renting, there is the option to "Rent Furnished". Smile
